The Supervisory and Management Series

Depending on the size and complexity of organisation, the role and title of supervisors and managers are used interchangeably. Regardless of the designation, these positions are the mission critical positions. They convert business objectives into reality through the people they manage.

• Develop and Champion your Departmental Budgets specifically relating to Human Resources.
• Develop a Culture of Engagement and a Productive Work Environment. This includes building your knowledge of Employee Relations and Industrial Relations Issues.
• Manage your practice, policies and procedures for compliance with emerging legislation.

Depending on the needs of your organisation, this Supervisory and Management programme can be completed in 3 sperate modules; 2 days each or condensed into 5 consecutive days.
