Succession Management Programme

This programme introduces you to the skills required to plan, develop and implement an effective succession management system that are aligned to your organization’s current and future needs.

You will learn how to lead your organization in transforming from reactive and cost inefficient replacement planning to proactive, strategic solutions. This will include how succession management positively impacts the bottom line, as part of a wider talent management strategy.
