JOB SUMMARY:
This position has direct responsibility for the areas of: finance, supply chain and contract management, human resources management, property and project facilities, compliance and general administration. The Corporate Services Manager leads various teams in the organization and reports directly to the Managing Director.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensures the organization’s financial procedures are efficient, meets requirements, and are understood and implemented across the organisation.
- Implements financial management systems and procedures for the organisation including internal controls and completion of the annual audit.
- Ensures timely submission of all external reporting requirements.
- Leads the Finance department to monitor, control and report on accurate financial information, including the annual budget, revenue, expenditure and tenders, to meet the needs of the organisation.
- Oversight of the supply chain processes.
- Leads the development and implementation of HR management systems,
- Ensures all policies and procedures are compliant with local laws and implemented by staff to ensure their health, safety and wellbeing
- Provides advice and support staff in all issues relating to HR.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND CERTIFICATION:
- First Degree in Finance or Business Management, or ACCA
- At least 8 years’ experience and record of achievements in a similar capacity.
- Previous experience and success in the delivery of work plans, to assist in the achievement of organisational strategic plans.
- Project Management experience/exposure/training
- Management Experience in the Construction Industry will be an asset
- Knowledge of compliance practices and will be an asset.
- General knowledge of corporate secretarial duties will be an asset.
- Compliance, general administration and oversight of control processes for supply chain will be an asset.

JOB SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for developing the skills sets necessary to manage anger, mental health, and general addiction in the organisation’s Rehabilitation Programme. The position reports to the CEO and works closely with the Programme Development Manager and Case Workers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conducts clients’ assessments and recommendations for appropriate treatments.
- Diagnose and treats various mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders.
- Works with case workers for appropriate case management including the tracking of cognitive and affective mental progress.
- Facilitates individual and group therapy.
- Conducts initial and developmental mental health screenings for clients.
- Assesses and identifies patients’/clients’ psychological needs.
- Works with the Programme Development Manager to develop appropriate programmes for the organisation.
- Oversees the activities and training of case workers, and reintegration centre managers to ensure counselling standards are maintained.
- Provides referral services to outside therapists, clinics, and treatment facilities.
- Maintains appropriate case files.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND CERTIFICATIONS:
- MA or MS in Clinical Psychology or MA or MS in Counseling Psychology
- At least 2+ years’ experience in clinical/counselling psychology, primary care or behavioral medicine will be an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Excellent ability to relate will with people.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and active listening skills.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in individual, group, couples and family psychology.
- Ability to understand and identify with clients’ needs.
- Excellent ability to determine accurate diagnosis and develop a proper treatment plan.
